[windows2000] SNMP Error

Hi All
Has anyone ever seen this error message before?

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1501

Description:
The SNMP Service encountered an error while setting up the incoming
transports.\n The IP transport has been dropped out.
Data:
0000: 47 27 00 00 G'..
This error occurs on a Compaq DL380, with W2k Sp3 and is running as a
HP/Lexmark printer server and Terminal services license server.
I have tried Compaq and MS websites but can't find anything.
Hope someone can help.
