How true it is.  Outlook's kinda weak in its event supporting.  If you
had asked this about an Excel workbook or something, it'd be easy, since
there's a BeforeClose (Cancel as Boolean) event...  All that Outlook has
his Application.Quit, with no opportunity to cancel it.  (This is all
AFAIK, anyway!)

One thing that you could do that is kinda lame but it'd work most of the
time is set his deleted items folder to empty when he closes Outlook.
That way, as long as there is at least one item in the deleted items
folder when he closes, he'd see a prompt about permanently deleting the
items, which could clue him in that he just tried to close Outlook.
