I tried restarting outlook and got the same message. I will look at the .pst file size though, I didn't know of the limit. I am thinking 45,000 emails may be close to 1GB. Thanks for the info. Close Outlook and re-open it and see if the messages are still there. They may have already been moved. Another thing to look at is the size of the pst file he's moving the messages to. Is it approaching 2GB? 2GB is the limit for a pst, but problems can start happening as soon as 1GB is reached sometimes. Ray at work p.s.
