[windows2000] Printing

I have 30 people using an HP8150 LaserJet printer using the PS driver.
One of those 30 has lost his left margin. Everything prints right on
the edge of the paper. I have looked in his printer and program page
setup. His left margin was set to .5 inches. I changed it to .75 and
there was no change. Does anyone know what I could change in his
profile to correct this. We have other users who have the same and less
priveleges who are not experiencing this issue, so I don't think it is a
permissions thing.
All users are running Windows 2000 on their local machines. The server
is Windows 2000. The printer is attached to our network via TCP/IP with
the print server loaded onto the server. All users have roaming
profile. He has the same problem from other PC's.
