[windows2000] Print drivers

We have two print servers, one an NT box, the other a 2000 print server.
When our NT workstations try to add a printer from the 2000 box, it has an
incomatible driver. I've tried going into the 2000 PS and add additional
drivers, specifically the checkbox for Intel Windows NT or 2000. Each time I
try to add this driver, it tells me that it is either not compatible or not
there. How do you get a 4.0 driver on a 2000 print server?
