Check whether or not CTFmon.exe is running or not on the servers. This
Exe is part of the alternate user input functionality of office XP
allowing speech to text recognition. (which generally doesn't need to be
running on citrix servers, and is known to cause pauses within outlook
running on Citrix servers specifically)

Subject: [windows2000] Outlook XP

Has anyone encountered severe slowdowns using Outlook XP on a Windows
2000
TS with MF 1.8? We get hangups with Outlook all the time and the Citrix
site has people with similar problems but no solutions. Anyone have a
resolution?
