The OOO only sends to any particular address once.  Where is the information
tracked as to which addresses have received the message?  Could this
information be spoofed so that Outlook/Exchange thinks its already sent an
OOO message to a particular address?

That's what we do... Works pretty well, but we're starting to get calls from
people... You mean to tell me I've been diligently setting up my OOO and
it's not getting to my customers!!!  <laugh>
