No, they are not. AFAIK, info on music CDs are just chunks of data,
and the individual tracks are pointed to by time indicators. I
recall seeing somewhere that writing audio CDs is some kind of
witchcraft... The CDA-extensions is only what windows sees on the
audio-cd, they do not represent the actual track, it's only a
pointer to where the data is on the cd or some such.

Whenever converting mp3-files to waves, to be playable on a regular
cd-player, ignore cda's. Just make sure the mp3-files are converted
to wave-files and burn those.
