Charles,

Thanks a bunch! One of those links helped. I read through one of the threads 
and found a person with that problem solved ti by stopping Norton AV from 
scanning incoming email. I had the user shut down Norton and all his mail 
came in! I may take the afternoon off to celebrate (or catch up on lost 
sleep.) That's still the damnedest thing; 3 accounts worked and two didn't. 
I'll try upgrading him to NAV 2003. He's had problems with viruseseses in 
the past and needs the protection.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
