Although I have no experience with it other than managing the SQL server, my company uses Ceridian. I hate most software, but I have this six-sense feeling that if I were to use this product, I would actually like it. I don't know why I think that though, and I don't have anything to support that feeling. But just from what I've heard, it sounds like it's a very complete package.
