There is a difference on whether you're using hubs or switches for that
middle link. Although it probably wont affect you, there is a limit to =

many hubs you can string together with 100BaseT.

it's a 24 port Cisco Hub. They won't let me retire it just yet. As =3D

You can think of a repeater as a two port hub, you will see no extra =3D
benefit
from using a repeater. In fact, you will see the greatest improvement =

replacing that hub with a switch. You're on the right track.

it be better to use a repeaters or something rather than a switch?
