[windows2000] NEW server NO VPN

I've recently added a new server to our location, but am having problems
trying to vpn into it. I've run the setup on the server for remote
access ect. I have no problem accessing the other server via vpn. I am
obviously missing something simple, but can't put my finger on it. Any
advice would be appreciated. We are using windows 2000 servers, in
mixed mode.
