[windows2000] NAT routing in a Win2k domain

Hey all...
Were are rolling over to a 100 megabit fiber line here soon, and I want to
implement NAT internally for obvious reasons.
What is the best medium for implementing NAT?
At the active directory level?
From another hardware piece?
Any help would be appreciated.
