Ha!

DSMOD appears to be the tool for me. Unfortunately it also appears to be
W2K3 instead of W2K. Before I destroy my AD, has anyone tried dsmod on a
2000 AD?

For example, http://support.microsoft.com/?id=318714 explains how to limit
users logon hours and enforce them but I want to limit the machines logon
hours, not the users.

Oh, my mistake.

Anyway, if you set that login hours GPO on the these machines's OU, I
believe that any users will be affected. They should however be able to
login anywhere else. I do believe you can do this, unless I'm gretly
mistaken.
