You are correct. I was under the mistaken conception that this was the software talked about on the list last week. I would also go with Go back instead. I don't know anything about this other company. Symantec puts out good products ( in my opinion ) and $29.95 is a good price to pay to eliminate the headaches. If you wanted to eliminate the user complaints and the support, this link says you don't need to lock down the PC. Let the users work unrestricted and put in a nightly reboot.
