That's the kicker... "a request for a fix"  I think that since it's
already available, you're not requesting a fix (analysis per say) you're
requesting THE fix.  Someone has already determined what the problem
is/was and how to fix it.  No?

Really? Why do they then state on the website that any request for a
fix, is subject to a fee? Did I miss something in the fine-print??
