That could work, I like that page..... I have put a computer in a test OU to
see if that computer's homepage is set to our company's page.   Will I need
to move users to the OU instead since that policy looks like it points to
User Configs instead of Computer Configuration?

User Configuration->Windows Settings->Internet Explorer
Maintenance->URLs->Important URL's.
 
I set this to http://www.sysadminday.com <http://www.sysadminday.com>  on
the last Friday in July...
