Assuming you've already installed the admin tools pack on your client
(all self-conscious admins do it the first they do 8-), just open the
snapin and point it to your server, no logging or so. I don't see how
this could be a problem. ;-)

I don't know of any stand-alone applets that do this. Although
Sysinternals may have something for free.
