Assuming the printer is actually capable of printing (you HAVE checked the
cartridges, right?) it sounds like the wrong driver is being used.

Every time I print anything at all from my home PC (a Windows XP Pro
machine), it comes out blank.   Even from Notepad (although I get an error
message saying that, "Page small to print one line.  Try printing using
smaller font.")

 

Why is that?  What's going on, and how do I fix it?
