Any argument to be made for static IP's for devices like access points to be
added to the reservation list on a DCHP server if the IP is not within the
scope of the pool? In other words if my address pool was and I've assigned all static devices in the 10.10.3.x
range, is there a good argument to even enter the statics in the reservation
