[windows2000] Change FTP account pwd.

Hi,
We have some users that have to update website one in a while. We provided them
with an FTP account for this reason. But now, we would like them to change
their password.. Is that possible? I would not like them to logon to the
domain, but just connect to the win2k server with an FTP client, and change
their password.......
