Sounds like it might be a permissions issue. Put one of the users in =
the same security groups you are in and see if the symptoms change. You =
may just need to open up the permissions on wherever it is downloading =
those attachments to.

Some of the employees here at work use AOL Anywhere to get their =

tech support but they refuse to support the website. I don't really =
want to=20
install AOL 8.0 on our computers due to the fact that in infests =
everything,=20
opens you up for port 5190 exploits, and has a tendency to crash the =
system,=20
not to mention needed excessively lax permissions to run properly. =
Advice,=20
