[windows2000] ACL Inheritance

I have a number of user folders that contain files which have
inheritance turned off. I need to add someone to the ACL for each of
those files, but there are alot of them in multiple folders. Does
anyone know a way to do that? What I'd like to do is just turn
inheritance on for all of them, but by hand it takes forever.
