[windows2000] Re: 192.168.*.* - why?

Think it's arbitrary (10.x.x.x is also used for internal addresses) so
that internal IP addresses do not clash with external addresses. I
don't think MS had a hand in the decision. They only realised there was
an Internet in 1996!
