You can set a book mark using alt-i while the desired source is playing.

The plug-ins section of the preferences tree is at the bottom of it and
finding it can be a trick because the skin(s) often get in the way.  Try
typing the 'end' key immediately after you enter preferences, then arrow up
to the item you're looking for.  Stupid me, I let the modern skin get
installed along with the classic one, meaning that the wrong skin takes over
if I try arrowing down passed it to the plug-ins branch.
