Hi Bud.
There's a file called winamp.bm in your programs\winamp folder. Copy this file off somewhere probably to a temp folder. Make sure you use the generic cut and paste commands rather than bringing it into a text editor or something, as this file has a specific format it must follow and a text editor may mess that up.

Then uninstall winamp and reinstall it.

Once you are satisfied that it installs fine, then copy the winamp.bm file you stored somewhere back into your programs\winamp folder, and that should do the trick.

Subject: saving my bookmark file

Hi Gang,

I installed the latest beta version a couple days ago over an existing version. I seem to be having a lot of trouble with sluggishness and things that don't work quite right so I want to completely delete it and start over. I have just a few radio stations in my bookmarks and would like to save them. Is there an easy way I could save those and reinstall them after I get going again?
Thanks.
