I am not sure about it but when using sam encoder or any other
shoutcast/icecast source use of DSP stacker is not required.
When talking about sam encoders I would like to encourage you to install
oddcast for winamp V3 which is free of charge and is well designed to work
with screen reading applications.
Its website is http://www.oddsock.org
please be sure which version you are downloading cause there is foobar and
standalone available as an addition. But this is a little bit of this list.
I am not going into more details now maibe no one is interested in this
encoder.
