I think Winamp started to support Mp4 playback from 5.0 onwards; maybe
wrong: But the current version certainly supports it..
As for the WMP issue, are you saying that you don't want Winamp to play
Mp3 files, as WMP will want to grab all that stuff, leaving you with
.OGG, Mp4 AAC etc, and all those other optional file types like .APE
.MPC and so on. I suspect the Winamp police may execute you for treason
if you prefer WMP as an Mp3 player to Winamp.
