Hi Curtis

Well, 11467 seconds is pretty much exactly the same as 191:07 
(minutes/seconds), so does Explorer show the file as being 53981678 
bytes in size, or bigger?  Do you have any other VBR Mp3 files of 
different sizes, bigger and smaller, encoded by different encoders?  I'm 
guessing that you've found a particular encoder, the output of which 
exposes a bug in Winamp.  It's too bad they didn't put anything in the 
"encoded by" box.
