This issue has dogged winamp 5 versions. The solution is to open the winamp folder and move the winamp.bm file so you save your bookmarks and then delete the enture winamp folder and then reinstall it from scratch and that will fix the problem. It is rare that it happens but I've had it happen here and while it's a hassle it seems to work if you do it that way. If you just install winamp over itself the problem is still their so delete the winamp folder and reinstall and that should hopefully fix it for you.
