The program is only going to search from within the list of 1000 (or however many it is this week) stations for which AOL/Nullsoft sends data, based (presumably) on the total number of listeners. If the station you're looking for isn't in that list, you can search all day long and you won't find it. There are people around who believe that you're still searching from all possible streams, regardless of whether they're on the list or not, but this simply isn't the case and in fact would negate the need for having to download the list entirely, if it were.
