I am using JAWS and I do indeed see the title I have given the bookmark using
my method. Are you using JAWS or Window-Eyes or perhaps another screen reader?
Maybe it's some configuration option in your screen reader.

it shows the bookmarks but only the url names are there. the names that i
named them don't show. but if i go to the library and look at them the names
show correctly.

What happens if you do the following:
1. press your alt key for the menu.
2. arrow to the bookmarks item.
3. press enter on the bookmarks item.
4. use the up and down arrow keys to look for the desired bookmark.

when i go to my bookmarks through the file fenue the names of the
bookmarks don't show. it sshows the whole url but when i go to them in the
library the names are there correctly. i don't think i changed anything to make
this happen. has anyone had this problem and is there something i could check?
