an odd issue with winamp

I have n idea what's going on and Im having other issues besides this
but now every time I start winamp I get the don't send dialogue. all of this
started whenI tried to update winamp to the latest version and now even
prior versions are giving me this. what should I do besides throw my laptop
against the nearest windo? I've compleatly uninstalled winamp and tried
reinstalling it and still no luck.
windows xpsp3 and jaws 10.
