Hi Reg. I must apolagize, but I have no idea as to what that file is for. I
did some research, but came up with no positive results. I would recommend
going to the winamp forums, and inquire there, as they will most likely know
the answers. I believe that the file is indicative to versions 5.03 and
above, because I don't have it in my version. I am still running version
5.02. Let us all know what you find out when you find out. Good luck!
