just share my experience about this topic.
i always extract audio from .mpg file to a .mp3 192k file, i just open the .mpg
file with "SoundForge" and immediately resave it to
.mp3 format and its always successful. if you need more info about this, please

Along these same lines, is there a good program to use to copy only the
audio from a video and save it to a CD?
I have some instructional videos which I'm afraid are going to be totally
useless unless I can capture only the audio portion, which is all I need.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
