Hi Everyone!
If you've been listening to Jonathan Matte's Anything Entertainment (formerly
The Entertainment Vault) show, you know he's had the honor of introducing you
to book narrators, those who have done some acting on the stage, and yes, he's
even presented some audio biographical presentations on artists from the
mainstream media.
Tonight, Jon has done it again with another exciting interview with an NLS
narrator named Gregory Gorton.
Join Jonathan Matte on his show Anything Entertainment starting at 6 PM eastern
tonight (5 PM central, 4 PM mountain, 3 PM pacific) for an exciting interview
presentation with a man who has read for both NLS and the Commercial Audio Book
Market, Gregory Gorton!
Greg has recorded over 500 titles for the NLS Talking Book program.
A couple of examples of the types of books he has recorded are The Dresden
Files by Jim Butcher and many of the legal thrillers by author Robert K.
Tanenbaum.
In addition to being an NLS narator for Potomac Talking Book Services Greg also
serves as the director of Narator Development for Potomac Talking Book Services.
In addition to his audio book naration he has also narated several
documentaries for The National Geographic channel, The Discovery Channel, Nasa,
and he has appeared in 3 of the most popular crime series to ever make it to
television Homicide, Unsolved Mysteries which ran for 14 seasons on American
television coming in at 553 episodes, and he has also appeared on one of the
longest running Fox Reality Crime dramas to ever air America's Most Wanted
hosted by John Walsh which current episode count is 1,149 and which is in it's
25th season on it's new home the Lifetime Network since Fox canceled the show
in 2011.
As you can see, Gregory has quite a lot of experience reading and performing
both in the NLS studio and on the major television networks, which should make
this a thrilling way to spend a Sunday evening.
