Ratings question

Hey there. While wandering around in the library feature of Winamp5.05,
I noticed an ability to play songs based on a user rating. However, I
couldn't find where one puts these ratings in. And has anyone created a
plug-in to play songs randomly with the randomness weighted by rating?
This would simulate the functionality that we can't use in Launchcast.
