Plugin question

Hey, a while back there was a plug-in I thought called "slidetone1000" I have 
it and installed the Inslide.dll file in my plug-in and file didn't work. Maybe 
I was entering the wrong url thought it was http://slidetone:1000:1000

Does anybody else use this plug-in?
