Hi guys
Yup it's possible with the tara plugin, but after messing with it and
having others having such negative experiences, my ultimate recommendation
is to just not bother and let real player handle those files. After all to
make the plugin work real player, *in most cases* has to be installed so
you may as well just go ahead and use it. There are hacks to get around
real player being installed, but it's for computer experts and I don't like
to just out and out recommend those to everyone who wants to do this. I
wouldn't want to be held responsible if someone really messed up their
system good as result of directions given here. So basically, in my own
opinion, just let real player handle the ram files.

winamp but to play real audio or real video files in winamp you need tara
audio and video plugin and additional real player or real alternative.
Instalation of the tara plugin does not differ from all other plugins you
already know so I have nothing more to say. I have this plugin set not to
play other filetypes except of real media cause all others which are
supported are now handled automatically by the direct show input plugin.
Instaling real player or real alternative might lead to an off-topic
discussion so until I start doing so I would like to know whether I can.
