Pace Maker and WWINAMP

Howdy kids,
Well I'm not sure if I have axked the following yet on here, but here it be.
I'm wanting to use said plugin on my small net station. Do I have to use a
second instance of WINAMP to accomplish this? And secondly, do I have to
register Pace Maker in order to do this? Your brother in Christ,
