Hi.  To clarify things:  By "skip" here, I believe we're talking about when
you're listening to a station with Winamp, and the sound cuts out for
anywhere from a second to half a minute, then comes back on again.  Internet
servers serving streams can be quirky like that;  it may be the person
having no skip has plenty of RAM, has the buffering thingies set correctly,
or has broadband (which oftentimes is better; no disparagement to dial-up
users).  Hope this helps.
