For us novices, with bookmarking and the like, in Win Amp (that is if I am
getting the topic right), what difference does it make, whether or not one
uses the URL that Sunshine is giving or one that you are talking about?
Sounds to me as if you are asking for this procedure, so that you can
justify ratings, nothing else. Please clarify this won't you? On another
related issue, with bookmarks, who has a good tutorial on using bookmarks,
that is readily accessible? Please don't send me back to some ancient Main
Menu thingy! Are you clear on what I am asking?

It is not recommended that you use that particular method of
listening, since it's not going through the SW Cast page.
Total listening hours are counted there, and if you go to that other
link the hours aren't counted correctly. I know it sounds really
nitpicky and yes, I know the other more direct link is much easier to
use. but because the station is licensed it is really recommended
that you go through SW Cast to listen. You should only use the
other link when the SW Cast page isn't available, and we hope to keep
that up as much as possible.
