Before doing any of the necessary steps, you will want to create a folder for
mp3's to be saved on your computer. In this case, you might want to make a
folder called MP3's on your c drive.

Unzip this plug in for Winamp. You will want to go in to the section of the
plug ins in Winamp under output. Look for out mp3, and then tab to the
configure button. You will want to browse for a folder in your computer to save
the converted mp3 files. In this case, for my set up, it is, c:\mp3's. After
that configuration, you will want untitled for the first combo box, 128 KBPS
for the second combo box, and 44100 stereo for the third combo box. Now if you
like your music at a higher bit rate, adjust it accordingly in the second combo
box. After you have everything set the way you want it, tab to the ok button
and close the plug in. Enjoy.
