Hi! It means there is no one broadcasting at the time when you get that
message. I believe If you are a broadcaster to log in to start broadcasting
you would use that screen to get on to start broadcasting. HTH! Sly!

I tried pasting the link for broadband into Winamp and they asked for a user
name and password; this is an authorization page. BTW, I get this on other
streams sometimes. What does this mean? Do we have to register to listen to
these stations?
