Help with the DSP stacker

Hi, in trying to use the DSP stacker plugin for winamp, I've not been able
to figure out how to add a plug in to it. When I go into its window, all I
have is an empty listview, and a few checkboxes and a configure
button. I'm running JAWS 5.00.844, along with windows XP.
