Unfortunately, Toews on the Waves will not be broadcasting on Valentine's
Day, but we'll pretend to.
As we return to our regular schedule, there will be no show tonight,
Friday, but we'll be back on Sunday with a brand new show, which will
repeat Friday. Now I know there are some people out there who don't read
the times, andthus get them confused. I also know there are people who do
read this stuff and still get the times confused. Be that new breed of
person. Read the information at the end of this message and find out
exactly when the show is on, and then don't miss it. Here's why.
Yes, it's Valentine's Day this week, and we'll be having a decided V-Day
theme this week, but it should be just different enough to attract your
attention. For example, our fifteen-minute story brings together a variety
of different singers to tell a story I wrote recently about love won,
lost, and won again. It's a touching narrative that I know you won't want
to miss. Plus Songs I Can't Stand, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and a whole
lot more.
In our second hour, of course, we present episode 4 of the Hitchhiker's
Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. In our last half-hour, we have a
real treat for you. there's a smash comedy hit TV show here in Canada
called Corner Gas. We'll be playing an episode of Corner Gas in described
video. It's sure to be a lot of fun, as is the whole show, so please join
me Sunday and Friday.
