Getting Track Titles

I have an interesting problem while streaming a station. At work, I get
the current title and author of a stream, but at home I only get the
name of the station and the IP address. How do I get the track
information to show up on the home computer? What setting in Winamp
controls this?
I did look at the "title" settings under "General Preferences" and
don't see anything wrong there.
The stream I'm listening to is SKY FM: the 80s channel.
