Error with winamp 5.31

Hi all!
Whenever I close the program, this is what I get.
Winamp.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7e286a9a" referenced memory at "0x02470bb4". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
OK
What does this mean? Thanks!
