Error when auto tagging songs

Hello folks!
I have the recent version of Winamp which is 5.72. Everytime I try to auto tag
a song, it says, "Error, Gracenote tools are not installed." I have
uninstalled, and reinstalled the software. I have made sure that the second
install was fresh. But, no luck. Does anyone know where I can get these tools
that they insist on me having?
