When you say Jumping do you mean from xm or songs on your drive? It's
honestly hard for me to help you because there could be multible causes. If
it's xm then it could be that your band width is not high enough to carry
the streams properly. Now if you know what your paying for and your not
getting it you need to contact your provider. Get them to test your signal
at your home and if possible replace your modem. Now if on the other hand
your files are skipping on your hard drive, this would indicate to me that
your drive is going bad or you have trouble with memory on your computer.
Consider spending money to replace your drive and or upgrade your memory.
